1. General

These terms apply to all orders placed via jolandaceramics.com, a webshop operated by Jolanda's Ceramics, based in Katwijk aan Zee, Netherlands.

2. Products

All products are handmade. Small variations in color, size, and glaze are inherent to the craft and make each piece unique. Images are indicative.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are in EUR and include 21% VAT. Payment via iDEAL or credit card (processed by Mollie).

4. Shipping

Each piece is carefully packaged. Delivery time is 5-10 business days (depending on availability). Free shipping within the Netherlands above €150.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to return your purchase after receipt. The product must be unused and in original packaging. Contact info@jolandaceramics.com to initiate a return.
