Handmade rose meadow ceramic coffee mug — finished in bold rose pink dripping into soft sage green matte. Like a wild rose blooming above spring meadow grass. One of a kind, made in the Netherlands by a mother-and-son studio, just streets from the tulip fields. Only one exists in the world.

Bold rose-pink glaze pools at the rim, catching iridescent light — dripping down into hints of blue and lavender, before settling into a soft matte sage green that feels like meadow grass to the touch. Two textures in one mug: glossy pink glaze against natural matte green. A dreamy cottagecore piece for slow mornings and colourful kitchens.

At 10 cm tall and 10 cm wide, it holds a comfortable serving — perfect for a strong coffee, cappuccino, or matcha latte. Warm and comforting to hold. The handle is hand-attached and softly curved.

* Each piece: 2–4 hours of careful handwork, then 48 hours in the kiln across two firings — no two are alike

Please note: as each piece is hand-shaped and the reactive glaze flows unpredictably, dimensions and pattern may vary slightly. Small kiln kisses and pooled glaze are part of the wabi-sabi charm.

— THE STORY —

We are a mother and son working side by side in a small Dutch studio in Katwijk aan Zee, just a few streets from the North Sea — and 45 minutes from the tulip fields. Every mug is rolled, glazed and fired by our hands — slow, quiet, and never two alike. This one was made from a memory of a wild rose blooming in spring meadow grass — the reactive glaze doing all the hard work in the kiln.
