A lace bowl like a fern bed in the morning light. From the centre a stitched mandala unfolds — concentric rings of lace pressed deep into the clay, in deep forest green and sage.
Twenty-seven centimetres across, four centimetres high. The doily pattern is pressed into the wet clay by hand; no two imprints are alike. One of a kind.
